All of us at Johnsons genuinely care for our customers and insist that the quality of all our seeds and level of customer service are of the highest standards - we want you to enjoy shopping with us. However we are only human and very occasionally things do go wrong, but please rest assured, we will always do our very best to put things right. Should you be dissatisfied for any reason, we will gladly send replacements or refund the purchase price upon request.

Our seed is tested in our own laboratory for the highest quality and where appropriate is packed in hermetically sealed foil sachets for freshness. If you are unhappy with any of our seed, for any reason, please return for a 'no quibble' replacement or refund as appropriate. None of our seed has been genetically modified.

Payment Policy

It is our standard policy to take payment at the time of ordering. Your order will be debited in Sterling currency. Please check with your credit card provider for latest exchange rates and commission fees.
